This policy explains what Ivy Infusions and Wellness collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Treatment records created during a visit are held separately under the privacy rules that apply to health information.

If you send an appointment request through this site, you give us your name, your phone number and, if you choose, the treatment you are interested in. That is all the form asks for. Please do not send medical details through the form. We will ask about your health history privately, before treatment.
The request is delivered straight to the practice as a text message or an email. The website itself stores nothing. There is no client database behind this site and no account for you to create.
How we use it
We use your name and phone number to answer your question, to arrange a time, and to confirm or reschedule an appointment you have asked about. We do not use the information you send here for advertising.
Text messages
When you submit the request form you are giving express written consent for Ivy Infusions and Wellness to contact you by text message at the number you provided, about your question and your appointment. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message from us. You will get one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (215) 479-0812. You can opt back in at any time by texting us again.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
Who else sees your information
We do not sell your information, and we do not rent or trade it. We share it only with the service providers that make the site and our messaging work, and only so they can perform that service for us. Today those are our website host and our messaging provider. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
A request that does not become an appointment is kept only as long as we need it to reply to you. If you become a client, your contact details move into the booking and record keeping systems the practice uses, and are kept for as long as our professional and legal obligations require.

This site does not use advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites.
Your choices
You can ask us what contact information we hold for you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or text (215) 479-0812 and we will take care of it.
