What this website is
This site describes the treatments offered at Ivy Infusions and Wellness and lets you send us a request. It is general information about our services. It is not medical advice, and nothing here is a diagnosis or a promise of any particular result. Individual results vary. Whether a treatment is appropriate for you is decided at your consultation, after clinical screening.
Appointment requests
Sending a request through this site does not book an appointment. For IV therapy, injections, PRP, microneedling and neurotoxin treatments, nothing is booked until we have spoken with you, and there is no charge for that conversation. Facials and aesthetic treatments with our Licensed Esthetician can be booked online. A booking deposit and a 24 hour cancellation policy apply to scheduled appointments.
Text messages
Ivy Infusions and Wellness sends text messages to people who have given consent on the request form of this website. The messages are about your question and your appointment: replies to what you asked, arranging a time, confirmations and reminders.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation and nothing further.
- Reply HELP for help, or call us at (215) 479-0812.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive texts is given by checking the box on the request form. It is not a condition of buying anything from us. If you would rather not be texted, call us and we will take your request on the phone.
Accuracy
We keep the treatment information on this site current, and our service list and prices are maintained on our booking profile. Availability and pricing can change. If something here conflicts with what we tell you at your consultation, the consultation is what counts.
