What happens when you come in

A Registered Nurse stays with the infusion from start to finish, under Medical Director oversight, in a private room. NAD+ is uncomfortable when it runs fast, so the rate is set by how you feel rather than by the clock.

  1. We review your health history and what you want NAD+ to support.

  2. You and the nurse agree the dose. First time, usually 250 mg.

  3. The infusion runs slowly, the rate set by how you feel.

  4. Allow longer than a standard drip, especially at 500 and 750 mg.

Questions we are asked most

How much does NAD+ IV therapy cost?

250 mg is $250, 500 mg is $500 and 750 mg is $700. A 50 mg NAD+ injection is $50, and 50 mg can be added to another infusion for $50.

How long does it take?

Longer than an ordinary drip, because NAD+ has to run slowly to stay comfortable. The higher the dose, the longer the appointment. We will give you a realistic time when you book.

What does it feel like?

Some people feel pressure in the chest or a flush if it runs too fast. That is why the rate is adjusted throughout, and why we ask you to say something the moment it feels off.

Which dose should I start with?

250 mg if you have not had NAD+ before. It is the introductory dose and there is nothing to gain from starting higher.

Is the injection the same as the infusion?

No. The 50 mg injection is quick and convenient, and the dose is much smaller than any of the infusions. It suits people who want a short visit.
